(Feb 26-08) Spice Girls final show on reunion tour at Air Canada Center in Toronto
March 16, 2008
While it was expected for some time, the Spice Girls decided to wrap up their very successful reunion tour in Toronto at the end of a four sold-out show run. The final concert brought a packed media list of journalists from all over the world. We had lots of people contribute content to this scene as many cameras seemed to make it into the concert that night.

A friend of the vine, Todd from CanadianTabloid.com got this shot from the front row of the final Spice Girls show. Todd’s a pro - so he part of accredited press that only get like 2 minutes (or sometimes “the first song”) at the beginning of the show to shoot the girls.
I had pretty good seats for The Spice Girls. There was some security walking around and telling people not to film. But there was so many people with cameras, eventually I think they just gave up the idea of getting people to stop and where enjoying the show. Towards the end, my camera was dying but the last thing I got was this cool bow the ladies took. I will always remember this show.
The Spice Girls were amazing at the ACC. I saw the last two shows. I heard people say that the tour ended because the girls were fighting - no way! During the last show, especially towards the end - they were crying and hugging each other. When they brought the kids on stage during the last song, it was the most touching moment I have ever seen. Girl power forever!
I got this shot to.
last shot.
Zack from IsThisHappening.com got this cool vid from the end of The Spice Girls final Toronto show.
I gotta admit, The Spice Girls final show was far more entertaining then I would have bet. It was more “Las Vegas show extravaganza” then a display of the girls vocal ranges - but it was showy, flashy, and fun. I heard that the budget for the Spice Girls wardrobe on the tour was 3 mil - considering all the dress changes during the show, it seemed like money well spent. I got some pretty good shot during the show.
and this shot too.
I came to this show with lowered expectations, after all I am more of a Van Halen fan then Spice Girls, my girlfriend sort of had to drag me to this one.
All in all I must say, it was a fairly entertaining night, our seats were pretty good, and the set and costumes were sickk. I even found myself humming along to many of the bigger hits,
This is my favorite photo, I didn’t take this one, my girlfriend Amy did!!
to sum up this show 4 u in a couple quick words, terrible, terrible, and terrible. I took my little sister 2 the show as a b-day gift and boy do I regret it.
i hated these songs in the 90’s, to watch them perform them now bordered on pure torchur,
they should retire
