Lauren Conrad in Toronto to talk The Hills and new designer line

(March 28-08) Lauren Conrad, star of the MTV reality show The Hills had a busy couple of days during a stop in Toronto.Ms. Conrads first stop was the Holt Renfrew store at Yorkdale Mall in north Toronto to introduce her new fashion line to Canadians (though one wonders why Lauren’s promotional appearance was not at the Holt Renfrew on Bloor St. - the chain’s more pretigious flagship store.) She later headed back downtown to the Muchmusic Queen St. headquarters for a MuchOnDemand extended appearance. Less then hour after the Much gig - Lauren was at the MTV Canada studios pre-taping a Hills aftershow with the terrible two-some MTV hosts Dan and Jessi. Later that night, Ms. Conrad was hosting a party at a popular Toronto nightspot where you can pay $25 to guarantee you get no where close to Lauren as she is sure to be tucked away up in the VIP area. All in all, a busy day for the hot reality show star who’s season premiere a week earlier scored some of the highest cable ratings ever.

Lauren was doing an in-store appearance at Holt Renfrew at Yorkdale, Toronto. She was showing off and talking about her new designer collection she created. They only let a small amount of people up to meet and greet LC in Holt’s. But after Holt’s she gladly talked with and signed autographs for fans waiting for her outside of Yorkdale. I LOVE THE HILLS!!!

This chick was so thrilled to meet Lauren. I was a bit surprised to see Lauren spend so many minutes outside greeting fans and taking pictures. This girl broke down in tears. It was actually kinda sweet.
