The Guess Who @ Toronto’s Molson Amphitheatre.

(June 19, 2008)
Legendary Canadian Rock group Guess Who pulled into Toronto’s Molson Amphitheater on June 19th, 2008 to perform their greatest hits.
Here’s JASON MacNEIL review of the show from Jam Showbiz.
Before a crowd that ranged from grandparents to small children and filled roughly two-thirds of the seated area, the duo and their five-piece supporting cast opened with American Woman. Fortunately, the rock radio staple was reworked into a far better roadhouse blues vibe that worked swimmingly.
Cummings, sporting a Jim Morrison t-shirt and often seated at his keyboard, shared several stories of how certain songs by The Guess Who came to be such as the fusing of a song Bachman had three-quarters finished and another one which Cummings also had three-quarters finished. The end product, No Sugar Tonight/New Mother Nature, was one of the bigger highlights during the 17-song set.

The Guess who is a great band; their music holds up extremely well; melodic, skilled and lyrically interesting. If anyone has anecdotes about the band performing in the 70s I’d love to hear them.
Rock and Roll and The Guess Who and BTO go hand in hand and will survive for eternity, they have definitly stamped their name into Rock and Roll!
These Eyes, Laughing, Undun, No Time, American Woman, No Sugar Tonight, New Mother Nature! The first (and best) band to break down the barrier and make Canuck rock legit!
My Final Pic fron the show!
